Cancellation Policy

As a busy salon our time is very precious, as is yours and we hate when it is wasted. 


When clients fail to show up or cancel last minute, appointments are wasted.  Clients miss out and we, as a small business lose out too.  Our cancellation policy was set in place to prevent this from happening. 


We try our hardest to accommodate each and every single client as best we can and in turn expect that you as our client respect the time that we set aside for you.

We ask that if you need to cancel or change an appointment you do so 5 hours prior to your appointment.  This will allow us to contact clients to fill that appointment slot.  Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of your treatment price.
